FIAA Code of Conduct
FIAA recognises the importance of a work environment which actively promotes best practice. The purpose of this Policy is to describe the standards of behaviour and conduct expected from workplace participants.
FIAA acknowledges the clients’ right to lodge a complaint when they are dissatisfied with the training and /or assessment services and experiences that they have been provided by FIAA.
FIAA will ensure that clients have access to a fair and equitable process for expressing complaints, and that FIAA will manage the complaint with fairness and equity.
Assessment Appeals Policy
FIAA acknowledges that clients have the right to appeal an assessment decision, based on valid grounds for appeal.
FIAA has provision for clients to appeal against assessment decisions, including those made by a third party partner.
FIAA ensures that clients have access to a fair and equitable process for lodging an appeal against an assessment decision.
FIAA is committed to identifying all plagiarism and cheating by Clients undertaking any of its assessment events and applying corrective actions to prevent plagiarism and cheating contributing to a competency score. All Clients will be informed of the penalties associated with plagiarism or cheating prior to and following their enrolment.
