FIAA & TRAINING

 

FIAA provides the trainee with the following:

 

  • A workplace training and assessment guide for the enterprise
  • The trainee’s training record book
  • Staff to monitor the progress of the trainee
  • A qualified, accredited workplace assessor at the appropriate time, to assess the trainee’s on-the-job competency
  • Support and guidance to both the employer and trainee throughout the term of the traineeship
  • On completion, the trainee will be provided with a nationally recognised qualification and certificate

FIAA has been providing services as an RTO for over ten years. The FIAA has been servicing New South Wales State-wide with excellent results for both employers and trainees.
