Part 1 - Domestic Kitchen Assemblies - Kitchen Units

Specifies the minimum requirements for the construction, durability, safety, ergonomics, strength, coordination of services and choice of components of fitted kitchen assemblies for use in domestic applications. This Standard is also applicable to small offices, holiday apartments, units and similar non-commercial applications. It is designed for use by manufacturers, builders, consumers, specifiers and regulatory authorities.

Part 2 - Domestic Kitchen Assemblies - Installation

This Standard specifies the minimum requirements for the installation of fitted kitchen assemblies for use in domestic applications, whether delivered in preassembled or in flat-pack form. This Standard is also applicable to small offices, holiday apartments, units and similar non-commercial applications. It is designed for use by installers, manufacturers, builders, consumers, specifiers and regulatory authorities alike.
