Martin first joined FIAA in 1991 following a successful career as one of Australia's leading human resource consultants. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business degree in addition to qualifications in finance, training and OH&S.

Based in Wagga Wagga, Rob manages our Training Operation throughout Australia. A Wood Machinist by trade, Rob has spent most of his working life associated with the building and furnishing industries and has held management roles within large retail organisations. Rob's qualifications include a Diploma in Management, Certificate IV in both Workplace Safety and Workplace Training & Assessing. Rob enjoys assisting small businesses with their OH&S issues and HR problems. When  he's not working, Rob enjoys fishing and time on his hobby farm.
