FIAA provides the trainee with the following:
- A workplace training and assessment guide for the enterprise
- The trainee’s training record book Staff to monitor the progress of the trainees
- A qualified, accredited workplace assessor at the appropriate time to assess the trainee’s on-the-job competency
- Support and guidance to employer and trainee throughout the term of the traineeship
- On completion, the trainee will be provided with a nationally recognised qualification and certificate
