FIAA provides the trainee with the following:

 

  • A workplace training and assessment guide for the enterprise
  • The trainee’s training record book Staff to monitor the progress of the trainees
  • A qualified, accredited workplace assessor at the appropriate time to assess the trainee’s on-the-job competency
  • Support and guidance to employer and trainee throughout the term of the traineeship
  • On completion, the trainee will be provided with a nationally recognised qualification and certificate
