Senior Administration Officer

Hi my name is Monique and I have recently started working for FIAA as the Senior Administration Officer. I have a Cert IV in Business Administration, Diploma in Human Resource Management and Statement of Attainments in Training and Assessment along with qualifications in MYOB and various Microsoft Office programmes. 

My job is to assist Members with their Membership and HR enquiries.

I have had the pleasure in speaking with many of our Members over the telephone and hopefully one day I will get to meet you, as it is always nice to put a face to the voice.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to assist you with your enquiry and if I don’t know the answer (which could always be a possibility) I will do my best to find the answer and get back to you as soon as possible.
